Mark Saffran - President & CEO
Mark's top leadership role at MDG Medical was preceded by his serving as Executive Vice President of the company. Other positions he has held include Sales Executive at NextRx, General Manager and Area Vice President at Pyxis Corporation, Executive Sales Representative at Ivac Corporation, and District Sales Manager at American Hospital Supply.
Pat Mulloy - Chief Financial Officer
Pat joined MDG after serving as Chief Financial Officer at Neighborhood America, Inc. and Director of Finance for Hyland Software, Inc. He launched his executive career at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he specialized in working with high-tech clients. A Certified Public Accountant, Pat holds a MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hillsdale College. His membership in several leading organizations includes the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International, and the Board of Directors at St. Edward High School in Cleveland, Ohio. Pat’s service commitments include volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and mentoring university students in the Students in Free Enterprise organization.
Francis Paez - Sr. Vice President, US Operations
Fran Paez is a healthcare executive with successful experience in operations, sales, and high technology. During his career with Tektronix, a billion dollar electronic test equipment manufacturer, Fran held positions in operations, sales and marketing, culminating in an international General Manager position. Fran has held Vice President of Sales & Marketing positions at other high technology companies. Fran has been helping MDG Medical bring to market cutting edge medication dispensing solutions since 2007. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA. He lives in Cleveland with his wife of 23 years and two children.
A. Gregory LeRoy - Vice President of Sales
With MDG since 2007, Greg is a 30 year sales veteran of hte healthcare industry since graduating from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Greg's strong track record of success includes two successful early stage companies - Omnicell and Visicu. Greg played a role in both of these companies now publically held. Prior to MDG, Greg held VP of Sales positions at Drager Medical and Mediware.
Dedi Gilad - General Manager, MDG Medical Ltd./Sr. VP of R&D
Dedi brings over 17 years of experience in senior management and executive positions of Technology management, R&D, Operations as well as Marketing and Sales, with startups and global companies.
Prior joining MDG, Dedi initiated a start-upventure specializesin Automatic Meter Reading. Dedi was also a VP of R&D and CTO in workplaceIQ (today Siterra), a global company delivering a leading Enterprise & Web solutions to plan, build & manage operating sites, assets and real estate properties. Dedi served as the VP of R&D in Carmon Integrated systems, today Calanit-Carmon - a leaderin Enterprise Project Managementand Business Intelligencesolutions.
Dedi holds an MBA degree and a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Ofer Tzadik - Vice President, Manufacturing
Prior to joining MDG, Ofer served as Vice President of Operations & Customer Support at Telrad Networks and Be Connected. His other past positions include Director of Materials at Applied Materials (PDC division) and Vice President of Operations for Orbot.
